- SMS voting will officially start on February 15, 2010.
- This is open to all Smart, Globe and Sun Cellular subscribers.

- The more votes you send, the more chances of winning a special prize.
- Participants can win only once.
- Weekly winners will be chosen thru electronic raffle from the merged names of SMS and online voters.
- The database of those who participated via SMS and online shall be merged by the Inquirer.
- The electronic raffle will be at 3:00 P.M. starting on March 8, 2010 and every Monday of the succeeding weeks at the Inquirer Interactive Office, 9/F Rufino Pacific Tower, Ayala Ave., Makati City.
- There will be 10 winners every week.
- DOH_BFAD representative shall check if the entries are valid.
- Winners will be notified by registered mail and telephone as to when and where they will claim their prizes.
- All drawing shall be conducted with the presence of a DOH_BFAD representative.
